New staff become immediately involved in our mentoring program which complements the on-the-job training received. Mentors assist staff in creating their performance development plan, take staff to lunch quarterly, meet monthly to discuss any issues or concerns, and are always available to answer any questions, regardless of the topic.
The company also sponsors in-house seminars and reimburses its staff for continuing professional education (CPE) credits and coursework pertaining to relevant Master's programs.
