Cases have included qualified domestic relations orders, buy-sell agreements, and pension, profit-sharing, and various retirement plans. Our team will assemble the necessary trial evidence and testimony and participate as an expert witness.

Shari has been with Walter & Shuffain for over nineteen years. She continues to work in both the audit and tax departments as well as growing the litigation support and forensic accounting department.
Ralitsa has been with Walter & Shuffain since 2009. In 2010 Ralitsa successfully completed the CFE exam and became the newest addition to the Litigation Support and Forensic Accounting department. She is fluent in Bulgarian and also speaks French. Ralitsa is an active member in the Fenway community where she resides with her husband.
