Ronald S. Perry
Ron is a Certified Public Accountant with 30 years (5/24/90) as a practicing CPA. His expertise is in complex business and tax matters, financial planning and family succession planning, and tax compliance and planning for partner and partnerships, S Corporations and shareholders, and trusts, estates, and beneficiaries.
He advises business owners throughout the entity’s life cycle, from start-up through disposition, and oversees tax compliance and planning for a diverse client base. Other areas of expertise include Lloyds of London taxation, charitable trusts, charitable gift planning, and estate and gift tax planning for high net worth clients. He provides comprehensive stock option planning for diverse client base, including directors, CEOs, insiders, and employees.
He has degrees from Northeastern University with a Masters of Science in Taxation and Salem State College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He has an AICPA Specialty Designation as a Personal Financial Specialist.
He is a fellow in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the AICPA Tax Division, a member of the AICPA Personal Financial Planning Division, and a fellow in the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
