New staff immediately become involved in our mentoring program which complements your on-the-job training. Your mentor will assist in creating your performance development plan, take you to lunch quarterly and meet with you each month to discuss any issues or concerns. They’re always available to answer any questions, regardless of the topic.
W&S also sponsors in-house seminars and reimburses its staff for continuing professional education (CPE) credits and coursework pertaining to relevant masters’ programs.
