Rebecca Warren has years of experience within construction, real estate and manufacturing, building trust with clients through accounting, auditing and tax issues specific to those industries.

Not only does she help with their financial statement and tax compliance needs, Rebecca also spends a lot of time on the consulting side. She helps clients feel confident about their knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting. A focus on business systems helps her clients set business goals, identify key performance indicators and monitor their results. With this confidence, clients can scale their business by selecting the right investors and/or maintaining strong banking relationships.

Other common issues that Rebecca regularly addresses with clients include managing cash flow, growth strategies, preparing for industry or economic fluctuations and succession planning or exit strategies.

Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Salem State University and her MBA and Masters of Science in Taxation degrees from Suffolk University. She believes in continuously building her relationships and spends a lot of time working on long-term client strategies for Walter Shuffain. She also enjoys mentoring staff to progress in their careers and take leadership positions in the firm. She is actively involved in the company’s leadership development program and sits on the coaching and evaluation committee. She also co-chairs planning the firm’s annual leadership retreat.
